I try to upload at least monthly with recipes, tips, or just general foodie chat.
Cooking-wise, everything I learn is from books, internet, TV, friends, and family, and the odd cooking job here and there. Although classical training would be an absolute dream, I’m all for good home cooking and teaching yourself through trial and error. It seems to be much more rewarding that way, and you get to be as creative as you want.
Many of my close relatives are vegetarian/coeliac/g-f/dairy-free etc., so expect some veggie, gluten-free, dairy-free & the occasional vegan recipe from time to time. I am working on consuming minimal dairy, so I’ll throw some dairy-free recipes in there, too.
