Spicy yoghurt dip

Cool and refreshing with a little bite to it, this dip is perfect with carrot sticks and nacho chips, or as a salad dressing (water down with more lime juice and/or olive oil), or even as a sauce for a stew or some sort of meat. Have this yoghurt sauce/dip however you like 🙂



  • 4 tbsp plain yoghurt (though Greek will do nicely too)
  • 1-2 tbsp hot sauce
  • small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped
  • squeeze of lime
  • s&p to taste

    1. It really adds a little oomph to any sort of dish, definitely one to keep on the top shelf of your mental recipe book collection haha. What’s great is you can customise it as much as you want, whether that be changing what you eat with the dip or the dip itself, definitely one to play around with 😛 thanks for commenting!
